Fitness Hero is now hiring Warehouse Workers to support daily order fulfillment, stock handling and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for people looking for consistent warehouse work with the opportunity to grow into long-term employment.

Job Overview

This is a hands-on warehouse position focused on picking, packing and preparing fitness equipment for customer delivery. You will work in a fast-moving warehouse environment where accuracy, reliability and physical strength are important.

Your responsibilities will include picking and packing customer orders, preparing items for dispatch, loading and unloading incoming and outgoing stock, keeping the warehouse organised and clean, assisting with stock movement and basic inventory tasks, and occasionally supporting deliveries or gym installations if you are available and suitable.

Requirements

Applicants should have good attention to detail and be able to work accurately under pressure. You must be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting. Reliability and punctuality are essential, as this role requires independent work as well as teamwork.

Previous warehouse or pick-and-pack experience is preferred but not required. A forklift licence is an advantage but not mandatory. You must be able to commute reliably to Punchbowl.

Salary and Work Schedule

This position pays between 30 and 34 Australian dollars per hour plus superannuation. It is a casual role with between 16 and 40 hours per week available, with the opportunity to reach full-time hours for strong performers.
