Job Overview
As a Warehouse Operative and Packaging Associate, you will support pharmaceutical packaging and warehouse operations. You will work closely with warehouse staff, quality control, and operations teams to ensure medicines are handled, labeled, and packed correctly under strict regulatory standards.
This is a hands-on role requiring accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail.
Your Responsibilities
You will inspect blisters, blister cards, bags, bottles, and ampoules for damage or defects. You will apply and verify labels on cartons and primary containers according to product temperature requirements such as room temperature, refrigerated, or frozen storage. You will document all activities accurately in batch records according to company procedures. You will clean packaging rooms and equipment to maintain pharmaceutical hygiene standards. You will work closely with quality control and quality assurance teams to resolve discrepancies. You will perform additional warehouse and packaging duties as required.
Requirements
You must have completed school education, with vocational training being an advantage. Experience in a warehouse, pharmaceutical, or packaging environment is preferred. You must be able to read, write, and communicate in either German or English, with basic English skills being essential. You must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and document your work clearly. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team and remain accurate even under time pressure.
