Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate at New Aim, your main responsibility will be handling products in the warehouse to make sure customer orders are processed accurately and on time. Your duties will include identifying stock, picking and packing customer orders, receiving and dispatching goods, and assisting with daily warehouse operations. You will also be required to lift and move products weighing up to 25 kg and work closely with the warehouse team to maintain high standards of safety, speed and accuracy while following all workplace health and safety policies.
The warehouse operates from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and you must be available at least two days per week, with Mondays and Tuesdays being preferred.
Requirements
To qualify for this job, you must be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly during your shift. You should be motivated, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. A strong commitment to workplace safety is required, along with the ability to follow instructions and meet performance targets.
You must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory, as training will be provided. You must have legal authorization to work in Australia. Reliability is critical because you will be working in a team that depends on each other to meet daily order deadlines.
You must have steel-capped safety shoes, as they are required for working in the warehouse.
Salary and Job Type
This is a casual position with a starting pay rate from 33.09 Australian dollars per hour. Penalty rates may apply depending on shift times.
