What You Will Be Doing

As a Warehouse Associate, you will handle donated goods inside the Centralized Processing Center. Your main responsibilities include sorting, organizing, and preparing items for shipment to retail stores. You will decide which products can be sold, recycled, or discarded while maintaining a safe and organized workstation.

This position supports smooth warehouse operations by ensuring that merchandise is correctly processed and delivered to different departments throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

You will separate and sort donated merchandise by type and quality. You will process items and move them to the correct department so production continues without delays. You will determine whether items are suitable for sale, should be recycled, or need to be thrown away. You will keep your work area clean and follow safety guidelines at all times. You may also be assigned additional duties by your supervisor.
