Work Schedule and Pay
This is a full-time, permanent role with daytime shifts from Monday to Friday. Employees receive consistent full-time hours with overtime opportunities available. The hourly wage for this position is $22.96.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for handling inventory inside the Distribution Centre. You will support daily shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment while making sure inventory moves safely and efficiently through the warehouse. You will work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly.
Key Responsibilities
You will communicate with external drivers and ensure all shipping paperwork is completed correctly. You will pick urgent and regular customer orders using RF scanners or manual systems. You will unload, move, and store products using material handling equipment. You will prepare shipments and create shipping documents using company software. You will verify received goods against packing slips and purchase orders. You will assist with receiving documentation and inventory records. You will load and unload trucks, stock shelves, and perform general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills and Abilities
You must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. You must be able to bend, crouch, climb stairs, and use ladders safely. You must have good verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time. You must be able to work well with coworkers and supervisors as part of a team.
