Bimbo Canada is hiring full-time Production Floater Operators for its Hamilton, Ontario bakery facility. Work Schedule and Pay
This is a full-time position with rotating shifts including days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexible availability is required.
Base pay is $23.35 per hour. A floater premium of $1.50 per hour applies. A night shift premium of $1.00 per hour applies. Employees are eligible for paid overtime.
Additional compensation includes a $175 safety boot reimbursement.

What You Will Be Doing
You will rotate across different production lines and support bakery manufacturing operations. Your work will help produce, inspect, package, and move baked goods for distribution across Canada.
You will operate and adjust production machines. You will monitor product quality and make adjustments when needed. You will clean and sanitize equipment and processing areas. You will observe gauges, screens, and computer systems to ensure proper production. You will maintain shift records and logs. You will follow food safety, quality, and health and safety regulations at all times. You will report any safety or quality issues to supervisors. You will assist with general production and manufacturing duties as required.
Physical Requirements
You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when required. You must be able to stand for long periods and perform walking, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and repetitive movements in a production environment.
