What You Will Do

As a Logistics Associate, you will handle products using mobile scanning devices, receive new inventory, store items correctly, pick and pack customer orders, and load packages into delivery trucks. You will be trained across multiple warehouse processes, allowing you to rotate between different tasks and gain valuable experience in logistics operations. You will be expected to work efficiently, maintain high quality standards, and support your team in achieving daily production goals.

You will also act as a role model for your colleagues by following procedures, working safely, and keeping a strong focus on accuracy and performance. Over time, you can grow from a specialist position into leadership roles within Zalando’s logistics network.

You must be willing to work shifts and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, and moving goods for long periods. You should be open to working in different warehouse areas and learning new processes. Zalando values teamwork, diversity, and a positive attitude, so you must be comfortable working with people from many backgrounds. You are expected to follow instructions carefully, work reliably, and ask for help when needed. Good German language skills are required for communication and safety.
