This role is based in the warehouse and supports renovation deliveries by assisting drivers and warehouse teams with the handling, preparation, and delivery of renovation equipment and supplies. You will be part of a team that keeps customer projects moving on time while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour based on experience, with yearly performance-based bonuses. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until finish, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week plus overtime opportunities and no weekend work. Role Overview
As a Renovations Delivery Helper, you will assist in the delivery of renovation materials and equipment to customers. You will support the driver, prepare and organize renovation orders, and help ensure that all deliveries are accurate, secure, and professionally handled. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
You will load and unload delivery trucks while ensuring renovation equipment and supplies are handled and placed correctly. You will work with the warehouse team to organize and prepare renovation orders for delivery and perform quality checks before items are loaded onto trucks. You will help maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, assist in keeping the renovation storage area clean and organized, and provide professional, timely service to customers during deliveries. You will also follow supervisor instructions and assist with any other assigned warehouse or delivery duties.
Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and in good physical condition. The job requires lifting more than 60 pounds, standing for long periods, climbing steps and ladders, and carrying products up and down stairs, ramps, and walkways.
