Position Title

Production Worker

Employment Type and Pay

This is a part-time position.
Hourly wage is $19.60 per hour.

Work Schedule

Day Shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Afternoon Shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

You must be available to work Fridays and Sundays. Additional weekday availability is required based on production needs.

Key Job Responsibilities

You will pick, pack, sort, and package fresh bakery products into bags and boxes. You will work in the production and packaging area to build boxes and stack them onto pallets. You will inspect filled packages to ensure products meet quality and packaging specifications. You will work closely with production team members to maintain product quality. You will assist machine operators, mixers, oven captains, and crew members as required. You may help the sanitation team with cleaning production equipment and work areas. You will follow all food safety, quality, and health and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

Previous food production or general labour experience is an asset. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, especially food manufacturing. You must be committed to workplace safety. You should be able to take feedback and use it to improve your performance. Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
