Job Overview

Savers Value Village is hiring Warehouse and Production Sorters for its Centralized Processing Center in Calgary, Alberta. Job Responsibilities

The Warehouse and Production Sorter is responsible for handling, sorting, and organizing donated goods inside the Centralized Processing Center. You will separate items by category, determine whether products are saleable, recyclable, or should be discarded, and move sorted merchandise to the correct departments to keep production running smoothly.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency. The role requires following safety procedures, working at a steady pace, and supporting the warehouse team in meeting daily processing goals.

Key Duties

You will sort and process donated merchandise such as clothing, household goods, and accessories. You will identify items that can be sold in stores, recycled, or disposed of. You will supply merchandise to different departments throughout the day to maintain production flow. You will keep your work area clean and organized and follow all workplace safety guidelines. Other tasks may be assigned by supervisors as needed.

Work Environment

This role is based inside a centralized warehouse facility that supports Savers and Value Village retail stores. You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team working together to process large volumes of donated items for resale.
