The Home Depot Canada is hiring Order Pickers to support its fast-growing online and in-store order fulfillment operations. This role is based in a warehouse and retail fulfillment environment where accuracy, speed, and teamwork are critical. This is a full-time night shift position ideal for physically fit individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment and handle warehouse equipment.

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for collecting and preparing products for customer orders and deliveries. Your daily duties include picking, organizing, staging, and verifying customer orders before they leave the store. You will accurately label all orders and place them in the correct holding areas until they are loaded onto delivery trucks or picked up by customers.
You will use lift truck equipment to move and prepare orders, with full training provided by the company. You will also use computer systems and handheld devices to check inventory, locate products, and track orders. In addition to order fulfillment, you will assist with stocking merchandise on shelves, organizing the sales floor, and loading orders onto delivery vehicles.
This job requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants must be able to work flexible overnight schedules throughout the week. Basic computer skills are required, including the ability to use smartphones and store terminals. Prior experience with forklifts or lift trucks is helpful but not required because training is provided.
You must have good time management and organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and problem-solving skills. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and performing physical tasks for extended periods. You must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
