Position Overview
This role focuses on grading, labeling, and packaging both incoming and outgoing mushroom products. You will support order preparation, shipping, and ensure all operating and quality standards are followed while working as part of a fast-paced production team.
Key Responsibilities
You will weigh, sort, wrap, and pack mushrooms while rotating through multiple positions on the production line. Your duties include loading, stacking, preparing products for the line, transferring products between SKUs, discarding waste, and keeping the line clean and organized. You will assist and support the Lead Hand, follow quality control procedures, verify quality assurance documents and bills of lading, and provide support to line operators. At the end of each shift, you will clean the line and work area as required.
You will follow all safety policies, use proper protective equipment, and report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries immediately. You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices and meet all customer quality standards. You are also expected to represent Highline professionally and support a respectful, inclusive, and team-focused workplace.

Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and legally eligible to work in Canada without restrictions. There are no language requirements for this role.
Work Schedule
This position requires availability for five to six days per week, with approximately 30 to 60 hours per week. Daily shifts range from eight to fourteen hours depending on production needs. Public holidays and weekends may be scheduled.
Pay and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges from $18.33 to $18.97, with increases based on competency. Employees are eligible for overtime, discretionary bonuses, years-of-service wage increases, and annual wage grid reviews. Benefits include extended health, vision, and dental coverage for employees and eligible family members, life and dependent life insurance, and safety shoe reimbursement or annual boot allowance.
